or your designer or I can provide a full design service to achieve what you
want to do. So that everyone knows how things are progressing I like to

Detailed itemised estimates ·
Detailed itemised invoices For larger jobs you can decide to pay
in stages and, unlike many tradesmen, I do not unfairly inflate the price of
materials but simply add 15% to cover transport costs and time spent in
research and ordering. Many customers are happy to provide materials
themselves and I am happy to discuss working arrangements at any stage of
the job. My current hourly rate is £12.00 for labour and £24 for design and
